Quality of musicianship, breadth of style and integrity of heart...

these are the values that we at mwf believe are important for the worship of the church. For many years we have been helping churches embrace these values, through training events, conferences and consultancy. We have worked across the denominations in churches small and large, and have seen worship transformed in all kinds of ways.

Our vision remains to empower, resource and train worshipping communities to use a breadth of worship expressions and musical styles, combining creative skill and integrity of heart.

From 2011 we have realised this vision through the ministry of engageworship.org, and the Music and Worship Degree courses at the London School of Theology.
 
Sam and Sara Hargreaves are both employed two days per week by MWF to run engageworship.org.  They provide excellent resources through their website, run training for local churches and networks, and lead worship at events and conferences to model their approach to breadth and depth.
